Ajay launched LiveFromALounge.com in 2011 during his time at an investment management firm. As a market leader in the space of loyalty and travel, Ajay helps to shape the way consumers and brands approach to travel.
Ajay speaks at events about business travel, building customer loyalty, aviation and passenger experience. He has been featured in the Conde Nast Traveller and on Bloomberg and quoted in various magazines and news media including The New York Times, Straits Times, Economic Times, ET Prime, Ken Web, USA Today, Business Standard, The Hindu, Mint, Mashable, DNA India. Ajay is a numbers man at heart. He spent 15 years applying his problem-solving skills at banks and investment management firms, including India's biggest bank, State Bank of India and working alongside some of the most prestigious Sovereign Wealth Funds and Institutional Investors in the world. Ajay holds a Post Graduate in Business Management from Management Development Institute, Gurugram, India.

On the road forever, Shipra shares her perspective as a woman business traveller. Shipra also runs PointsPurse, a women-only community-initiative to educate and encourage women to become credit card savvy.
Shipra has over 10 years of experience working at airlines, luxury travel companies and consumer loyalty management companies, giving them the edge of her operational management experience in these roles.
With a business degree from HEC Paris, Shipra has had the opportunity to live, work and travel across four continents.
